1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GLI - GreatLockIn (the "App") and related services (together, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Google Sign-In
GLI uses Google Sign-In for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing
GLI may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide full access to premium features ("Subscription").
4.1 Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it lasts for the duration shown at the time of purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your Subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the price for the selected Subscription plan.
4.2 Auto-Renewal and Charges
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
4.3 Managing and Canceling
You can manage or cancel your Subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel your Subscription.
4.4 Pricing
Prices and subscription lengths are displayed in the App and may vary by region/currency. Any applicable taxes may be added by Apple. If we change available plans, we will update the options shown in the App.
5. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in any unlawful manner
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass security features
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Use the Services to harm others or violate their rights
6. User Content and Groups
The Services may allow you to create tasks, habits, group content, or other data ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You are responsible for the content you create and share.
7. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or error-free.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Apple Standard EULA
